The Pest Control Revenue OS

Recover the Revenue You’re Already Paying For. Then Build From There.

Apex installs the revenue infrastructure that helps pest control operators capture missed opportunities, convert more of the demand they already generate, keep routes productive, and build more predictable revenue.

See where revenue is leaking, what it may be costing you, and which systems should be fixed first.

Where Revenue Slips Through the Cracks

Most Pest Control Companies Don’t Have a Lead Problem. They Have a Revenue Leakage Problem.

You may already be generating enough demand to grow. The problem is that revenue gets lost between the first inquiry and the long-term customer relationship.

•Missed & Unanswered Opportunities

Calls, forms, and inquiries that never become conversations.

•Slow Lead Response

Prospects choosing the competitor who replied first.

•Inconsistent Follow-Up

Good leads going cold because nobody had time to stay on them.

•Underutilized Route Capacity

Open technician capacity that isn’t being filled strategically.

•Dormant Revenue

Old estimates, past customers, and unfinished opportunities sitting untouched.

•Weak Retention & Expansion

Customers leaving, failing to renew, or never being developed into higher-value relationships.

More marketing won’t fix a broken revenue system.

Before you spend more to create demand, Apex helps you identify where the revenue you already paid to generate is being lost.

The problem isn’t effort. It’s infrastructure.

When calls, estimates, routes, customer data, and follow-up operate independently, revenue gets lost between systems. Apex connects those gaps into one coordinated revenue operation.

The Flagship System

Meet the Pest Control Revenue OS

The Pest Control Revenue OS connects the revenue-critical parts of a pest control operation into one coordinated infrastructure, so opportunities are captured, followed, converted, and retained without depending on memory or manual oversight.

01

Attract

Create and activate opportunities from the right sources.

02

Capture

Make sure calls, forms, inquiries, and opportunities enter a system built to respond.

03

Convert

Move qualified opportunities forward with faster response, consistent follow-up, and less manual dependence.

04

Retain

Protect customer value through stronger follow-up, reactivation, retention, and expansion.

Four connected stages of one revenue lifecycle — not four unrelated services.

Integration Philosophy

Keep the systems that already run your business.

Apex isn’t another CRM or field-service platform. We integrate with the systems your operation already depends on and install an intelligence and execution layer above them.

INTEGRATE BEFORE RECREATING.

Keep what works. Strengthen the revenue infrastructure around it.

Revenue Command Center

Know what’s happening across your revenue operation before it costs you.

Automation can move work faster. But speed alone isn’t enough. The Revenue Command Center gives you visibility into where opportunities are moving, where they’re getting stuck, and where attention is required.

Automation executes. Intelligence tells you where to act.

When the System Works

A Stronger Revenue System Changes More Than Your Lead Flow.

The goal isn’t more activity. It’s a healthier revenue operation where opportunities move faster, your team spends less time chasing manual tasks, and you have greater confidence in where growth is coming from.

01

Faster Response

New inquiries move into action quickly instead of waiting for someone to notice them.

02

More Opportunities Recovered

Unanswered inquiries, dormant leads, old estimates, and past customers have a system for getting worked again.

03

More Productive Routes

Available capacity becomes something you can identify and address instead of simply hoping the schedule fills.

04

Stronger Conversion

Consistent follow-up helps more of the opportunities you already generate turn into booked revenue.

05

Better Retention & Customer Value

Retention, reactivation, and expansion become part of the revenue system rather than afterthoughts.

06

Reduce Owner Dependency

Critical follow-up and revenue processes don’t have to live entirely inside the owner’s head.

Who Apex Is For

Built for Pest Control Operators Ready for the Next Operating Level.

Apex works best with established pest control companies that already have customers, routes, demand, and operating systems in place — and want stronger revenue performance from what they have already built.

Established recurring customer base

You already have meaningful customer volume and ongoing service activity.

Roughly 2–20 trucks or service vehicles

Large enough to have operational complexity, small enough for infrastructure improvements to move quickly.

Existing CRM or field-service software

Your team already uses systems that Apex can connect with and strengthen.

Revenue leakage or inconsistent follow-up

You know opportunities are being missed, delayed, or underworked somewhere in the operation.

Growth goals without more operational chaos

You want stronger route utilization, conversion, retention, or commercial growth without simply adding more manual work.

01

Find the Leaks

Look at lead response, follow-up, route capacity, conversion, reactivation, and retention to identify where opportunities may be breaking down.

02

Find the Bottleneck

Determine which constraints appear to be having the greatest impact on your revenue operation.

03

Map the Infrastructure

If Apex is a fit, see where the Pest Control Revenue OS could strengthen the systems and processes already inside your business.

Built With an Operator’s Mindset

Apex Was Built Around a Simple Question: Where Is the Revenue Already Inside the Business?

I’m Whitney Ebanks, founder of Apex Automations.

My background is in building and operating businesses, and I created Apex around a pattern I kept seeing in growing companies: money was being invested into marketing, software, people, and expansion, while the systems connecting those investments were often fragmented.

As I studied the pest control industry, that pattern became especially clear. More leads were not always the answer. In many cases, the bigger opportunity was already inside the operation — in missed calls, inconsistent follow-up, underused route capacity, dormant estimates, and customers who quietly stopped producing revenue.

That’s the thinking behind the Pest Control Revenue OS. We help pest control operators strengthen the revenue infrastructure around the systems they already use so they can recover more opportunity, make better decisions, and build from a stronger foundation.

Common Questions

What Pest Control Operators Usually Want to Know.

Is Apex a marketing agency?
No. Apex is a revenue infrastructure company. Marketing can create demand, but the Pest Control Revenue OS is focused on what happens across the revenue operation after and around that demand — capture, response, follow-up, conversion, route opportunity, retention, reactivation, and visibility.
Do I have to replace my CRM or field-service software?
Usually not. Our philosophy is Integrate Before Recreating. We first evaluate the systems you already depend on and look for ways to connect or strengthen them before recommending replacement.
Is the Revenue OS another software platform?
No. Apex is designed to operate as an intelligence and execution layer around the systems already running your business. The Revenue Command Center provides visibility into important revenue signals, while the underlying infrastructure helps move work and opportunities more consistently.
Is this just AI and automation?
No. AI and automation can support parts of the system, but they are mechanisms rather than the offer itself. The objective is stronger revenue performance, better visibility, and less dependence on manual follow-through.
What size pest control company is Apex designed for?
Apex is primarily designed for established independent pest control operators with roughly 2–20 trucks or service vehicles, recurring customers, existing demand, and operating systems already in place.
What happens during the Strategy Session?
We look at how revenue currently moves through your operation, where opportunities may be leaking or slowing down, which bottlenecks deserve attention first, and whether the Pest Control Revenue OS is a fit for your business.
How quickly can the Revenue OS be implemented?
Implementation depends on your current systems, integration requirements, and the infrastructure your operation actually needs. We scope that after understanding the business rather than forcing every company into the same installation timeline.
How much does it cost?
The investment depends on the systems, integrations, and revenue infrastructure required for your operation. If Apex is a fit, we’ll explain the recommended scope and investment during the Strategy Session before you make any decision.
